Let's transform the variables

Conscious change for lasting equality!

What we observe. No country has achieved gender equality. Women and men, in all their diversity, still do not enjoy, or benefit from, equality of opportunity and treatment at home, at work and in society. Inequalities and discrimination show up in private as well as public, professional and political life. All sectors of society are affected. In the world of work, institutional capacity on equality issues, the resources devoted to them and their priority in public and development policies remain limited.

Mission

To meet these challenges, Equigual supports organizations in all sectors so that they can fulfil their potential as equality leaders in the workplace, through participatory audits, training courses and strategic support that promotes human dignity.

Vision

We aspire to a world in which organizations of all sectors and sizes fulfil their potential as agents of well-being for all that lives. Policymakers, business leaders and local stakeholders actively promote a culture of equality, as well as policies, strategies and budgets that take gender issues into account and adopt an intersectional approach. Diversity is reflected in decision-making spaces.

She has in-depth knowledge of the Swiss legal framework, of coaching senior managers, and a solid grounding in coaching.

An anthropologist and development expert, she has worked for more than six years with local NGOs and international organizations in Central America and West Africa as a project coordinator and researcher. Passionate about Afro-descendant cultural practices, she is currently pursuing doctoral research at the University of Amsterdam (Department of Anthropology) on the ways of building community through musical and dance practices in the Caribbean carnivals of Port of Spain (Trinidad and Tobago) and Notting Hill in London (England).

We offer our services in three languages: French, English and Spanish.

Our operational capacity to work in these three languages simultaneously facilitates dialogue, optimizes time management and reduces service costs.

In addition, we have a professional network of translators and interpreters for specific cases that require it.

Our rates are based on a pricing structure that takes into account different factors, such as the duration of the service, its complexity, the human skills required and operating costs.

We also recognize the diversity of the global financial landscape. That is why we offer adapted rates so that any interested organization can access our support.

Our name, Equality Equations, reflects the need for rigour and precision when working on equality issues, just as in formulating mathematical equations. We therefore chose the mathematical term "equations" because it also illustrates that unknown variables still exist, and that it is possible to solve the equation to achieve true equality of opportunity at work, in training and education, and in decision-making spaces.

The logo is built from a symbolic, organic isotype that represents diversity as an interconnected system, where differences do not oppose one another but come together for a common purpose. It is made up of multiple shapes and colours that coexist in balance.

At the centre, each of these seed-inspired shapes represents the diverse people, identities, journeys and experiences that make up an organization and society. Although different from one another, all are part of the same structure, symbolizing equality of opportunity, mutual respect and the co-construction of a common purpose.

The seeds evoke origin, growth and future, reinforcing the idea of transformation that is sustainable over time. Their radial arrangement suggests collaboration, dialogue and shared decision-making, while the final unified figure expresses that diversity, when integrated with intention and method, strengthens the whole system.

The name Equality Equations is directly reflected in this visual construction: each element is part of an "equation" in which value lies not in homogeneity, but in the balance between differences. Equality is not understood as uniformity, but as the creation of fair and equitable conditions so that each component can develop fully.

Our slogan — Let's transform the variables: conscious change for lasting equality — reflects our commitment to join forces in complementarity and to identify where the equality challenges lie, so as to address them consciously and rigorously and achieve lasting equality within organizations and in their offer of services and products.
