We can only change what we are aware of. That is why we build robust data and disseminate it in accessible formats.
At Equigual, we carry out research and analysis to build robust data. In this way, we ground the actions we take to promote equitable organizational cultures.
We disseminate information and content on equality through social media campaigns, publications, audiovisual productions and podcasts. Our content consists of original creations of our own or co-produced within inter-institutional collaborations.
Dissemination formats
We offer tailor-made training courses and workshops to strengthen individual and collective capacities and raise awareness of equality and equity.
Both in the professional sphere and in the community, capacity building, continuous training and awareness-raising are fundamental to break with norms, discriminatory practices and prejudices, and to turn every context into an egalitarian environment.
Examples of topics
At Equigual, we are convinced of the need to raise awareness and train people on equality issues. But we are also aware that training alone is not enough to bring about lasting change.
We want to take advantage of integrating training into the work context not only to meet educational needs, but also to solve real problems or challenges in the organizational project and in the strategic objectives set on equality.
Our training courses are adapted to adult learning. We adopt the concept of action training and the experiential learning cycle. This cycle has four stages that continually feed into one another:
The cycle starts again: active experimentation gives rise to a new concrete experience.
